Help lock cylinder: GL 150 Touring ´62

Post by ernesto_cero »

Friends of the night,

I am about to bring a Swedish Touring '62 GL 150 back to the road. After pausing in a Swedish barn for 36 years, the scooter shall now be reactivated in Berlin.
The trouble is: I had to drill out the lock since no key was left. The built-in Swedish GL lock cylinder has a different format and is not compatible with the German and Italian models. Unfortunately there are no Swedish locking cylinders as spare parts for the old models available in Germany or internet-shops I found . ;-(

The dimensions of the lock cylinder is as follows: 35 mm * 9.9 mm * 4mm.

Therefore I´m now here in the famous “svenska scooter klubben” ;-) Who can help?

Greetings Marc

Unfortunately very, very rare. The lock cylinders were made by DOM gmbh, so my tip is that you keep searching in Germany.

Hallo!
