I have gone and threaded one of the holes that holds the open close valve on my fuel tap. Does anyone know where I can get the hole retapped? I am based in stockholm.
Or is it easier to do it oneself? If so, where can I get a retapping kit form, what is one of those called in Swedish

Are you refering to one of the 2 screws that holds the oddly shaped spring that applies pressure to the valve disk? If so, you have to drill out the hole in the spring as well, and as it is hardened it might be a problem...
A workshop will charge you more than a new tap cost, and to buy a taping tool and a drill to d.i.y. will cost you as well...
Go to the EHR Vespa shop and buy a new valve!
Yep thats the ones, the ones either side of it. I wasnt sure if you could but the separate parts as I assume those holes go into the main bulk of the valve.
Thought one would have to buy a whole new fuel tap.
