I was wondering if someone could help me out on a registering queery. I have been in contact with a few people, including Crispin whi has been very helpful but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.
I have the opportunity to buy a lammy from this guy, here are the facts.
He owns the Lammy but he cannot find the reciept. (he inherited it from his dad)
The bike has a number plate but now that plate is registered to a Ford Escort car. SO I believe it has been taken out of registration.
It was not registered to his father and neither him.
I can get previous registration papers, and a registration history from RiksArkivet.
Here is my question, can I re-register the bike with the registration history and a receipt of sale, to me, from the guy who has it now.
Or do I need to prove that the guy who has it now, actually owns it?
