I think it will be hard to find a speedo cover like that here in Sweden. You do mean this particular item, that you can find in stock at SIP Scootershop in Germany?

Okey, then perhaps it's easier to try to find a used speedometer instead, at ebay.de for instance (there's a lot of Specials in Germany). At the moment there was just this speedometer for sale:
